Where business
meets experience.

A business and indoor leisure park with a hotel is planned on a 53,000 m² site directly beside the Schwechat Ost motorway exit. Visibility from the S1 and proximity to Vienna and the airport shape the location’s potential.

The concept combines a hotel with 250 rooms and meeting facilities with dining, fitness, wellness and a broad indoor leisure offering.

The planned attractions include bowling and billiards, indoor electric karting, a children’s theme park, football pitches, trampoline and climbing halls, a classic car exhibition and an interactive science park.

The development is intended to offer families, children and adults a varied mix of sport, knowledge and leisure. International advisers with relevant experience support the project planning.

The project was prepared and planned jointly by the Kaltenbacher architecture office and Habeler for Habeler’s financing partner.
